My trial membership renewed but I have already bought full membership. Can this be refunded? How do I cancel this auto renewal process? Thanks

@Vorix and @Mathew Vernon - Membership Secretary I’ve sorted it out, backstage error.  A refund of £10 should come through in 4-5 working days, and I’ve added the 30 days you were due from your existing 60 day package to your annual membership package, taking you to 20 October 2026.
