dvd8n Posted Friday at 10:43 Posted Friday at 10:43 Does that mean that you have come to an agreement with the insurance company? D

They were awful to deal with, absolutely shocking and it took two formal complaints to get anywhere with them. I think things might've been different if the car had been recovered and then stored in a yard, instead of me bringing it home. Been quite stressful, so glad it's over. Thanks. 2
dvd8n Posted Friday at 11:43 Posted Friday at 11:43 At least it's over and you can have a think about your options over winter. 1
Craigieboy Posted Friday at 11:44 Author Posted Friday at 11:44 Interestingly, initially they wanted £1000 to keep the car, however by the end they wanted just over £5300.
dvd8n Posted Friday at 13:46 Posted Friday at 13:46 Its fixable but I can't see them getting £5300 for it.

Flying Carrot Steve Posted Monday at 17:20 Posted Monday at 17:20 Holy crap! Can't be anyone on here then can it? Maybe someone who already has a chassis and will do all the work themselves is all I can think of.

Naranja_Al Posted Monday at 17:35 Posted Monday at 17:35 Or someone that is gonna bodge the repair and move the car on quickly……
Flying Carrot Steve Posted Monday at 18:04 Posted Monday at 18:04 Or somebody who can do a proper job but sell it with a big price, like maybe Toybox or someone with that kind of good reputation?
