Does any one have any experience with HDPE welding. I have a damaged hdpe fuel tank of a ride on mower that has been punctured in a difficult to get to place. I haven't been able to find anyone to repair it locally.. now looking further afield but have also considered buying the kit online to do myself. Trouble is it is not easy to get to the hole to fill over it and the material is thin.. so not a good first job.

So if anyone is experienced I would be open to suggestions.

Any kayak shops/clubs near you? Lots of HDPE kayaks out there would be repaired that way, so they might be able to point you in the right direction.
