Zetec black top camshaft identification

I know its been talked about a lot, and I have read up loads but I can not find this camshaft identity,

Its a black top zetec,

exhaust cam is the lower on in the pic ,

They look like a standard Ford item part no. L9138

but what HP cams is what I'm after , as 130 bhp , 115 or less I've counted the cast rings , but mine do not relate to any diagrams I have seen. Fairly sure the engine is out of a Mondeo.

the cast rings work out to be a code for what HP the cams produce
