1. Aim to arrive by 9am

2. Order your breakfast at the cafe

3. Complete the signing on sheet

4. Briefing and track walk 9.45am

5. Helmets are mandatory

6. Long sleeves & trousers mandatory

7. Gloves optional

8. Track opens 10am
