Administrator Approval Required For New Trial Club Members

You can purchase club membership by clicking on the Store tab under the WSCC logo at the top of the main screen and going into Membership, where you’ll find various membership options.

When I do that it shows previous purchase,  there is no option to add to cart.

You’re looking at Manage Purchases, not going into the Store.  You need to go here:
