Rollbar covers

Hi. Does anyone have a set of unmolested rollbar covers to cover the base of the rollbar as it attaches to the rear of the chassis? I think NV Carbon used to make a carbon set but I also think they are no longer in business. Westfield want £268 for a pair and this is simply ridiculous. What other options do i have?

I will ask someone I know if they can make some in carbon.

If it's just to tidy up the gap where the bar goes through the tub, would something like this do?

I think there maybe a mofast designed 3d print file on here somewhere.

I made mine out of this - 1mm carbon fibre sheet

 

Here's my template. check for size in paper first.

 

Carbon fibre roll cage foot cover.pdf

 

Cut with a Dremel and stuck to the fibreglass with 3M VHB Tape.

 

Make sure you put masking tape around the roll bar when test fitting the item as the carbon fibre edges can scratch (don't ask how I know).

 

 

Make the slit with a fine hack saw blade.
