I have my old one, which shows the same line, but hasn't split yet.  I replaced it last year or so, so may still be good if you need it to bridge over?  Don't need anything for it.

It's from a MK2 fiesta and was discontinued by ford many years ago

I had to replace that tank on my zetec. I used this one. It has 3 pipe outlets. 2 small 1 large so you will need a stopper for the extra small outlet.
