Wirral and North Wales have organised 19 consecutive Y Ddraig Goch runs in Wales. The date for your diary for our 20th run is September 13th and 14th.

Staying one night at the Highland Moors guest house, Llandrindod Wells.

Touring around mid Wales, with our favourites, Devil's Bridge and the Elan Valley. A lot of interest in this tour, so if you want to take part then please talk to Sue at the Highland Moors to book accommodation. 01597 825151. LD1 5ND.

I might be up for this. What sort of mileage/driving is the plan for each day?

We meet on the Wirral on the Saturday morning, and drive thru North Wales, aiming to get to Llandrindod Wells about tea time. Nice meal in the guest house, and a few scoops.

Sunday morning, the Elan Valley calls, then home for tea time.

Hope that suits.

We can arrange a rendezvous on the Saturday, let me know if you’re up for this. Will be a great weekend.

Our route for the Saturday, leaving the Wirral by 8.30. 
Bala or Lake Vrynwy 
Breakfast,  Dyffryn  cafe on the A45
Machynlleth 
Llanidloes 
Rhayader 
Highland Moors Hotel. 

Saturday will be the Elan Valley, lunch at Devil’s Bridge, then home.

What are the expected times at Llanidloes and Rhayader? They're the two places I'd be most likely to meet up with the convoy. The other places are a bit too far North for me.
