John Dolan - Wirral & North Wales AO Posted May 20 Posted May 20 The 2025 trip to Dumfries was fab, blue skies, good roads and cold beer. The second YDG of the year will be in Wales in September, based in Llandrindod Wells and visiting Devil’s Bridge and the Elan Valley. Why not come along. 5 Quote
Paul Hale Posted Wednesday at 16:01 Posted Wednesday at 16:01 I am interested in the Welsh tour in September...but I need a) details of exactly where and when to meet in Llandrindod, and b) the route in some form. I can visit my family in Monmouth and do this on my way home to Chester. Cheers! paulhale@talktalk.net 4 Quote

John Dolan - Wirral & North Wales AO Posted yesterday at 07:23 Author Posted yesterday at 07:23 Hi Paul, Our Saturday route starts on the Wirral, probably from the Tudor Rose. Then a drive down to Llandrindod Wells arriving in time for dinner at the Highland Moors guest house. Sunday we will visit the Elan Valley and Devil’s Bridge, before heading for home, hopefully back late afternoon. Jeff, our route guru, will put more info on here closer to the date so watch this space. There is a separate thread dedicated to the Welsh tour, have a look in this forum for Y Ddraig Goch. John.
