Captain Colonial Posted April 15 Posted April 15 I was up way too early this morning and the two grey cells that were awake decided to fight for 3rd place, so for some reason I Googled my number plate to see what came back. One was a photo from Stoneleigh six years ago (ah, happy days, spoiled by HS2 going through the showground now): Another was a model number for a computer chip: However, it’s also the model number for an endoscope: which might help explain why The Wench has at times been a pain in the rear. Google your own number plate and report any interesting findings below. 1 2 Quote

Captain Colonial Posted April 15 Author Posted April 15 It helps if you split the reg number up (Q123 ABC) instead of running the whole thing together. Quote

mega ade Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Well that was interesting my recent added reg came back as a military plane so i googled the old reg and came back with a few pictures with the previous owner attending peak district meetings as a wscc member. Quote

Flying Carrot Steve Posted April 15 Posted April 15 All mine brings up is loads of Citroën BX14s and a Flickr account full of pics of Met Police vehicles! It is of course on car-check, a site I only discovered a few months ago and actually quite useful. I just wish it was only £20 a year road tax! At least I'm not on this one.... yet! The last one (https://rate-driver.co.uk/BX?p=1604) is well worth putting your reg number into! I wonder if/how many WSCC members have been pinged on there by lesser mere tin-top mortals 😂 Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted April 15 Posted April 15 image search didn’t reveal much but AI was surprisingly accurate when I searched it for myself Quote "Smokey Mow" is Mark Wendon, a member of the Westfield Sports Car Club (WSCC). He's known for being a talented individual who shared plans for a folded paper Westfield model kit. He is also described as a "Mazda SDV Guru" and a former club secretary. 😀 4 Quote
