I refreshed the bottom end. New bearings,honed the block, new rings and fitted a set of forged rods.

Argh, we weren’t sure about the rods. What rods did you fit?

They were only maxspeedingrods but I balanced them before fitting.

Here you go @Steve Bosworth. Temps were much better on Wednesday and it was the first track day in a while where the car ran for the full session without over heating.
