Click the 3 horizontal bars top right on your screen, choose store, then WSCC membership and finally select the type of membership you want to renew with.

I've renewed membership in March (email magazine), but I've just received an email to pay

That's because your membership package with printed magazines expired, so you received a courtesy email about it.  Your membership package with electronic magazines is the current one.  Nothing to worry about.  It's all explained in great hairy detail in the automated emails that go out.
