Sunday, 18th April is our next Sunday Run. Itinerary is:-

09.00 Tudor Rose

09.20 Texaco Station, Mold

10.20 Tyn-Y-Coed, Capel Curig

Then we'll be going over Snowdon so bring your oxygen. Should be back at the Tudor Rose by 13.00 at the latest.

John,

I guess that you'll be at Aintree tomorrow. What's the best time to go to catch the first timed runs.

Also, weather looks far better than last weekend (dry for start), what about another attempt at Sunday in Wales.

Anyone?
