Morris Posted February 4 Posted February 4 Is there a way of downloading a build diary (i.e. mine!) from the forum in it's entirety rather than copying and pasting it page by page? Many thanks. Quote
Quinten Posted February 4 Posted February 4 An export to PDF or even a print whole thread option would be nice. 1 Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted February 4 Posted February 4 I’ve always wanted this feature to so I could do the same. for those of us who have been here long enough to remember it was possible on the old forum 10+ years ago Quote
Captain Colonial Posted February 4 Posted February 4 Calling @WSCC Webmaster to the thread please I suspect if it’s possible that it would be a plug-in or application add-on with an annual license fee. Quote

Maurici- CleaR Motorsport Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Well, i had to download the whole lobster tread to make a book for the former keeper... After 2 weeks trying to find how to easily do it, i spent another week copying, pasting and editing in word to then pdf it. 460 pages... Ouch. Was long and painful. 2 Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I do remember doing it with one of mine in the old days when the printer option was built in. In a long, complex thread - with loads of posts from many people, including many posts “quoting” the photo heavy pages I’d put in there, the auto option of printing everything sucked big time. Plus people would quote the quotes, if you see what I mean, so the print out got insanely messy, and you’d end up every so often with text and photos so deeply nested, they’d almost disappear off the right hand side of the paper. The reality is, I suspect most build threads will need a lot of tidying up, before being truly print-ready. Quote
