Howard here, on Emma's side, as I can no longer post.

I need to renew our joint membership but change to having the electronic magazine rather than the printed magazine. I'd read of other people having difficulties when renewing before their renewal date so I held off until after ours.

It's now telling me my membership has expired and I'm directed to only one option which is to renew our existing package which is with the printed magazine. The alternative is to start a fresh membership.

How can I renew our joint membership but switch to an electronic magazine?

Thanks,

Howard

@*Emma* I’ve created a custom invoice for Joint Membership with Electronic Magazines for Howard to pay from his forum account when he logs in.  It won’t work the instant he pays it - I need you to tell me that he has, then I have to go backstage and make some adjustments… :bangshead:

I think everything is set backstage so all should be well. 😊
