Just been looking at what's on locally to me this year and spotted that along with the Retro meeting they are making a themed weekend when the Caterhams are racing there. Not sure if there is an opportunity to have a club area or if it's just a case of turning up and parking.

From the event info it looks like there’s a chance of a parade lap too.

Thruxton’s a great circuit for driving, haven’t done it in the Westfield though.

I did a driving day there many years ago in a Rover coupe and then a Formula Ford but it would be great to have another go. Not knowing the track at all it was difficult to take it all in especially in a single seater. 

I'm hoping to go to a few more events there as it's so close. There is a classic car show being held there organised by a local club but it isn't mentioned on Thruxtons website.
