I have the email to renew but when I hit the Pay Now blue button, a message comes up saying -

"We are unable to process your purchase. Please contact us for assistance"

I had something similar and tried to renew as soon as I got the email but decided to wait and try later as it was still 6 weeks to the renewal date. When I tried again a couple of weeks later it took me to a payment page so I presumed the email was premature compared to the payment system.

No idea what the actual was going on backstage but I think I fixed it - I think.  Try it again now please 😊
