4 Westy’s and a Golf made it to the Black Swan car meet this morning. Nice to see everyone. Roll on next Sunday and run to chalet at Cowfold

Just an update on Sunday, the other car club are meeting at 7 in Kent and then winding their way to Cowfold for about 9:15.
Last time we had a couple of meeting points ( Silent Pool, Ockley, & Billingshurst)

So far I have David, Gareth, Phil, Ian and Andy. So I think Ockley works for David ,Phil & Ian; Billingshurst for Gareth and we could pick Andy up at Buck Barn?
I can then work backwards with timings. Last time the other group dried the damp benches for us 😉

Afternoon All, just looking at the map and trying to maximise convoy time, how about first meet point Dorking Main station at 8:20, Lidl Billingshurst 8:50 then on to Chalet Cowfold for 9:10

Well done Surrey gang and those from Hampshire and Sussex. What I thought was going to be two of us turned into 7 this morning. We gambled with the weather a bit but were rewarded with a decent coffee and bacon roll at the torque moto cafe this morning.

I always wondered if there were any Sussex members who have been around long enough to know my car from when the previous owner had it. Do they still have meetings ?

Not sure Steve, I’ve been in and out of the Wscc since ‘98 and I don’t recall seeing another green westie except for one I bumped into at Alton last year at a show.

It might have been earlier than that. Good to see you got a few cars along to your meeting It seems a long while to our next one. Being on an evening and it getting colder we might not get so many.
