With the weather over weekend not had a chance for a run out.

However gave me time to check the car over further.

Checking fluids discovered the cluch reservoir almost empty, and looks like there has been a leak from the diff at some point(not checked oil level yet), will therefore degrease the underside and check further for leaks.

Rear dampers were set 5 clicks from full hard, which explains why rear ride was so harsh during test drive.

Front dampers were 15 from full hard.

Have reset all to 10 clicks from full soft for road driving.

Tyres set at 19psi

Everything else seems in reasonable order no play in suspension or steering.

Powder coating on chassis all looks good with exception of a small patch on the diagonal down by the brake master.

Just need some decent dry weather for a drive out.

Is it a concentric clutch slave? It's not unknown for them to leak. Not a quick job to check or fix.

If it is a CSC maybe you can sneak an endoscope into your Bellhousing to check for a leak? I’ve successfully managed this in the past. Failing this you could fill the reservoir up and pump the pedal and check for leaks at the bottom of the Bellhousing. This would be a leaky CSC or feed / bleed pipe connection.

If it is a CSC leak I’m afraid it’s an engine out job to fix.

You might be lucky and it maybe a leaking clutch master cylinder. Check for fluid loss around your pedal / master cylinder once topped up with fluid.

Re the diff, when I bought my car the breather pipe work was missing and there was signs of some oil loss via the breather. This is a simple check if you have a Sierra diff. The breather is located on the top right of the diff as you look at the diff from behind.

I later had my diff re-built be Bara Motorsports as I had some strange clunking noises coming from it. They found a leaking side seal during the rebuild process. So it maybe this too.

@Mark19691 I've split your brake question into a new post in Tech- here- Brake Pedal Feel It's likely to be more noticed and hence better support there.
