BigSkyBrad Posted October 20 Share Posted October 20 Not a book that has influenced me, but one I have read at least 10 times over the years is Chickenhawk, by Robert Mason. Not at all political, just a chronology of his time and antics in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot. His second book, covers his struggles back in the US, and his incarceration for being a flying drug runner. From memory, both books were written in prison. Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted October 20 Share Posted October 20 Nothing to do with cars and petrol but I've just read Nuclear War: A scenario by Annie Jacobsen and it influenced me quite a lot in the present climate.. don't read it if you want a good nights sleep!!!
