Naranja_Al Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 Head was purchased new in 2019 and ported by AL Developments by the previous owner and member of WSCC Steve Morris. Porting alone costs £800.00 at AL Developments. No longer required as I’ve fitted an AP Racing Engines ST170 head and cams. Includes intake and exhaust cams and all springs and followers etc. Collection preferred from near Loughborough due to size and weight. £500.00 I will add more photos over the next few days. Naranja_Al Posted October 5 Author Share Posted October 5 The head will fit dimensionally but you would either need to control the VVT using a suitable ECU and install the VVT solenoid (piston clearances would need checking) or you could delete the VVT and run different cams. Ansoeb Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 No worries. I think this option would probably create more issues than resolve for me unfortunately. I have an Omex 600 ECU which can't control the cam only switch on off etc. That kind of defeats the purpose of VVT I guess.
