Black Country October Meet - Sun 6th

Hello All,

 

October has arrived and Christmas meal discussions have begun, the October meet is this Sunday.

 

It's also a good time to discuss the December Meeting as this will be the Christmas meal event. 

The meet is normally the first Sunday of the month, so 1st December, in the past we've moved the Christmas meet to the Saturday which would be the 7th. I'm polling option as to which is preferable, and in this instance we could also consider the 8th. 

 

I need to know which is preferable, possible, not possible etc re the 1st, 7th and 8th December.

 

As last year was a success I'm planning to stick with the venue change, so it'll be The Vine in Wombourne, as we can get a good discount.

 

I need to know your thoughts on date, numbers and venue by the November meet so I can confirm the date and venue and make the booking

My vote is the 1st of December as we would like to attend the Derby and Notts Christmas meal on the Dec 7th.
