Peak District Meet and Run Out, Car Museum, 10am Sun 29th Sept

Meet at the Great British Car Journey, Ambergate, Derbyshire, DE56 2HE at 10am for breakfast and a tyre kick. 

 

Afterwards we will go for a run out around the Peak District, finishing with a refreshment stop before heading home.

 

The weather is forecast good for most of the day with rain arriving later, so we won't be out for too long. Please keep an eye on the forecast and check here before travelling, just in case the meteorologists change their mind.

Weather is still looking good for the meet, so this is definitely on. 
 

We will go a quick blat after breakfast, quick lunch stop and then get you on your way as it looks like rain is coming up from the south west later. 
 

I haven’t decided on where for the pit stop yet so will watch what the weather report does this evening and then decide.

I’ve got a day ticket so not going to rush home!!  Bringing next door neighbour with me who is dreaming of buying a Westfield. He has a very major operation next week so keen to give him a good time. He doesn’t want to be defined by his illness so probably won’t chat about it. Meeting us lot will hopefully be the best therapy and will take his mind off things.
