Tom Frankland (T3OMF) Posted September 17 Posted September 17 Having now sold all my Westfields, I'm having a Garage/Loft clear out I brought these with the car and new owner didn't want them. Below is the wording from the previous owner and not me 1 set front wide track wishbones Cat Motorsport gen 1 wide track, Both lowers were powder coated at the same time as the chassis was re done but there are a few storage marks now 1 set rear wishbones The car was an early wide SEIW, at this time the factory still used the std width rear wishbones. Couple of advantages this gives, Firstly you can get 9” rears on the car under std arches, overall narrower car let you get even closer to the edge on the hills! Second, the original rear suspension was designed around this width so camber control etc is optimized better than the later cars with wider bones. Its kinda one of the cars hidden advantages,,,, However, they are like hen’s teeth to get hold of now, the previous own snapped these up a few years as a just in case, powder coat not perfect but they are straight and true £400.00 £350 for both Front and Rears Plus Delivery or Free Collection
