Westfield SEIW 1800 Zetec For Sale

I purchased the complete kit including all the modules from the factory in September 2002 when Westfield were doing a special summer madness offer at the time.

I lived and worked overseas for 27 years and the complete kit upon purchase was sent by Westfield to the Middle East. The idea was that it was a long term project which I would work on during the hot summer months when other activities were not an an option.

I purchased a UK R/H drive model because at the time it was possible to drive a R/H vehicle in the Middle East and my intention was always to return to the UK with the car.

The project was completed after 8 years and I was really proud with the end result. I was desperate to get the car on the road but in the 8 years since I purchased it the authorities changed the laws regarding R/H drive vehicles and I was unable to register the Westfield.  I did however manage over the next couple of years to get some trade plates and finally use the vehicle for limited time as the restrictions with the trade plates were very complex.

All told the vehicle has only done 143 miles.  The vehicle sat in my air conditioned garage for a few more years until I retired and returned to the UK.

Due to circumstances the vehicle has remained in my garage awaiting a decision with what I should do with it. Time has moved on and I have now decided to sell the car.  The car will need a IVA before it can be used on the road.

These are the specifications of the vehicle.

Sport 1800 SEIW

Zetec Engine .

Ford MT75 Transmission 5 Speed .

Final Drive 3.92/4.09

I have priced the vehicle accordingly as it will need the IVA.

The price is £10,500 OVNO

Please contact Rob on 07394961617.

My location is near Ledbury, Herefordshire.

The car is in excellent condition and as mentioned previously has only done 143 miles.

Hi Rob, such a shame that you never got chance to experience the fruits of your labour apart from the 143 miles, but when IVA’d a new plate it is realistically a New Car for very little money. Looks stunning & I wish you GLWS. BR Phil R
