Captain Colonial
Was in a similar situation a couple of years ago, the asbestos corrugated roof was replaced with a steel one which looks much better and is weather proof. What is currently driving me crazy is that every time I’m working in the garage, one or more pigeons are landing and walking over the roof, making a racket. I’ve got a pole I use to bash on the underside of the roof to frighten them away. i also have a neighbour whose eight year-old son is football mad, and if one his errant kicks lands his football on the roof, the noise inside the garage is incredible. Disappointingly, I’m told I can’t use the same pole on the eight year-old. Pity. 1

Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
You may find you get condensation on the underside of your clear sections in winter.

One to keep an eye out for, thanks. I’ll keep the Westie in its Carcoon still, certainly over the winter so it will be protected.

I suffered from that for years until I changed to a different style of knickers.
Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset
Like all my projects, this one is running behind time and over budget 🤣. Finally finished painting the walls, looks loads brighter. Next stop floor, should be getting the paint next week. Then build some shelves and another work bench for car stuff and we are away. Reminder of the ‘before’ below, and now.

Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset
Well my glacial progress continues….. Finally got a chance to clear the garage again and get the first coat down on the floor this evening. Patchy at the moment but should turn out alright after a couple more coats. Just finished now, and have to be up at 4am to get into work 🤪😴😴
