Richard Slack Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Hello all, Can anyone recommend a trackday insurance provider? Many thanks, Richard Quote
Naranja_Al Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Yes, I’ve used Moris too tor one day track insurance in the past. In my experience it works out far cheaper if you can buy track day insurance through your regular insurance provider. Quote

KevanP Posted July 24 Posted July 24 I've just renewed my car insurance through Howden's for the second year, which included track day insurance. It does work out cheaper that way. 1 Quote

Might be a Lotus thing as a very minor shunt will damage a clam and likely write it off. Quote
Richard Slack Posted July 24 Author Posted July 24 Thank you all for your replies. I'll look into getting track day cover through my insurance provider. Quote

I believe however Howden are not able to use them for any new policies, they can only use them for renewals. Not sure why though. 🤷♂️ Quote

Thankfully never needed to claim - 🤞 Quote
Kingster Posted July 24 Posted July 24 Yes that’s who I was with a few years back and the 5 trackday cover was an option. I recently had to pay more for one trackday with the Lotus than what a year’s fully comp insurance used to cost me on the westy 😢 Quote

Vogalogue Posted August 28 Posted August 28 I used Moris for the GR86, thankfully didn't need to engage them any further. - they seem helpful and flexible when buying bulk days, but not knowing what tracks I'll visit. Quote
