Currently have an open boot with rac roll bar. This is how the car has always been. How easy is it to fit some sort of tonneau so that I can put stuff in the boot without having to strap it to the roll bar?

thanks in advance.

You could always use a full tonneau, roll up the passenger compartment bits, either put them in the boot, or behind the seats.

That's Steppenwolf's site. There are links to it all over this boardroom.

I don't think he has a boot box, that's just to cover the hole that would be there...

I could be wrong though.

My green car has no boot box either.......

Ah, there goes that theory then :D

It'd be a good solution if it did though! ;)

My tonneau would work with a box too. It makes no difference, unless you have a boot with a lockable lid.......

If you have a lockable lid, you don't need a boot cover...

What you need a boot for Dracoro, going shopping in it?

Mike Sei-W - that's the sort of thing that would be good. Don't think I've got the poppers to attach such a thing to though. How much are these tonneaus? where can I get one (& what do I need to fit it?)

neil - yeah yeah :D Basically there's no drain holes in the boot box so I can either drill a hole at the bottom (to stop it filling up with water when raining) or have the boot cover to put overnight stuff in when I have a passenger etc. Anyway, I have the Omega for shopping. Bit of an overkill though as it's got a massive boot and I only shop for one :D:D

Ring the factory - they sell 'em. Think they're called half tonneaus..

You'll need a drill and rivet gun to fit the poppers to the tub, and either a proper tool for fitting the poppers to the cover, or a centre punch and a hammer! :t-up::D
