Looking for a pair of the standard, factory fit bonnet catches in Black, if anyone has a set lying about.

Cheers

Yeah, I think so.

I've measured both as best I can and appears identical.

I've went ahead and ordered a set, though the postage was a bit expensive.

I bought 2 different one’s hoping to pick up the same hole centres but had no luck. I just spray painted mine instead

Yeah that was the risk, get the wrong ones and end up with extra ventilation in the bonnet.

It was your last photo that made my mind up!

Let us know how you get on with those clips, they certainly look similar

No probs, I'm convinced they are the same...... famous last words!

Did you use the proper black peel back  rivets and if so where did you get them? I've not looked yet.

Thanks

Mine are fitted with the original screws, M4 button heads.

Arrived this morning and are identical.

Not fitted yet, I'm still waiting on the peel rivets arriving.

I've been having a terrible with deliveries from Ebay etc and even cancelled a few, however the catches are from a 'real company' and were delivered next day.

No need for peel type rivet, just use a suitable washer on the inside.

Yeah I intend to put something behind the bonnet ones, washers or a little bracket, but on mine at least there's no access to them from the footwell.
