Thanks to Bristol & Bath AO, Ken Robson, for organising the karting event yesterday.

Ok, so who paid whom to knock our AO off after he qualified on pole for the final?

:D

And I trust Rob wasn't too hung over after my stag do on Saturday :t-up:

Yes agreed big thanks to Ken for his efforts. They should make bigger engined karts for the larger gentelmen like myself and Barry Ashcroft to even out the race. Demon overtaking in the bends only to see karts driven by midgets shoot away on the straights, not nice! Great fun if you don't take it too seriously!

Excellent event, and no the hangover was not TOO bad Andy, thanks for organising the event Ken.

Congratulations to Tony (Wright?) the eventual winner, I tried to hold him off in the final, but in the end he was too quick for me, I was very pleased with second.

Highlight of the event for me was the scrap I had with Tony Siege in one of the heats, I was laughing down the straights as he weaved to stop me overtaking him, eventually I got past him on one of the corners, great fun :D  :D

Glad to hear it. You can take it up with James if you feel it affected your performance (I think I'd be using it as an excuse anyway ;)).

I'd also like to thank Ken for hosting this years (now annual) karting event at such a fab venue.

I'm hoping Ken doesn't hold a grudge about me bumping him out a couple of times, and I'm sure he was sorry to see me bumped out of the lead on the final/last race (I'm not bitter!  )
