Anyone recognise these wheels?

I lost one of the centre covers for my 15” wheels and am looking to try to locate a replacement, but can’t seem to identify the wheel manufacturer or type. Anyone have any ideas?

 

It’s the piece in the second image that I need, they are metal, nicely made and lock into place with an Allen bolt. That’s the bit that must have come loose.

Team Dynamics. I have some TD Qualifiers that have the same centres. These were discontinued around 2004 though

Look like TSW from the early 90's, not sure which model.

Seems they do come up on eBay - 2 or 3 been sold this month.  Some currently on eBay US here
