Sport turbo seats

Thinking of swopping my seats for some fibre glass or carbon seats.

Yes Ben, I keep saying the same thing, major weight saving.

 

From my experience they are more comfy than the sport turbo seats too. Mine cut my legs off across the hamstrings.

I really like them. But for these euro trips I think the other style would suit me better

I was able to improve this by taking some spacers out from the front of the seat base. Makes the back more vertical of course but that was a change that suited me anyway.

I’ve only ever had JK’s in mine and find them really comfortable.

 

On my euro trip last year on the return journey, I drove from Aix-en Provence to Alencon which was nearly 1000km in one day. We spent 10hrs in the seat that day (apart from fuel stops) and can say they were never an issue 👌🏼

Believe me if you’re lucky enough to find a set of Carbon Tillets then get them. The comfiest seat I’ve ever sat in. Just done 760miles in them and superb for me and better half.

I will definitely be selling mine in time as long as the grp or carbon shell seats I replace them with are as comfy as the ones I had in a previous kit. They were soooo damned comfortable I could sit in them for hours no probs. Wish I knew what make they were 😖

I looked at Tillet B6 carbon seats on eBay yesterday, they look amazing but near as damn it £900 each! Plus shipping! Crazy price.
