In fairness, A-Plan were great in resolving it after the fact. So, for my renewal, I was reluctant to use the same recovery service. A-Plan were really helpful and did my renewal at a lower rate and made an arrangement to use a different recovery service. All done on a single call with the very helpful Natalie. Its nice when something does go wrong but the supplier sorts it out and then continues to give great service! Good job A-Plan! S 2 Quote
