In fairness, A-Plan were great in resolving it after the fact. So, for my renewal, I was reluctant to use the same recovery service. A-Plan were really helpful and did my renewal at a lower rate and made an arrangement to use a different recovery service. All done on a single call with the very helpful Natalie.
