Years ago a mate of mine was finishing off a half built Dutton Sierra and it was taking him so long that he bought one of those to tide him over till it was finished. I helped him with a lot of stuff on them. I spent a couple of days helping him to fit the windscreen on the Sierra; the aperture wasn't quite the right shape and it took a lot of creative swearing to get it in. At the end I wasn't sure that it wouldn't just pop out at the first speed bump. He was still running about in it (and trying to finish the Sierra) when I lost contact with him about 20 years ago. Ansoeb Posted August 4 Posted August 4 At the local car meet, Bacon & Brakes there was loads of beautiful machines. A top fuel dragster with 2000hp and a 0 to 60 of 0.8 seconds, a mk II escort with 2.0ltr Zetec and ITB like mine but with a BDA head. Stunning American muscle and e-types and even an Austin Healy 3000. 4 Quote

Was considering one myself but just for cosmetics I'm not sure it's worth the hassle or cost as I think you have to buy new plugs leads too? It did look great though have to say. 1 Quote

Craigieboy Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Ah, built a few decks myself, great when you get to laying the boards and can stand back and admire. Pretty much given up on the news, especially the Bias Broadcasting Company. Quote
