As is traditional, there might well be a bug in the packages that leaves you unable to see it or to enter.  If this occurs, please message below and tag me into it so I can fix things - thanks.

We have to pay! £12!! Thought and hoped it would be FOC.

IIRC, it was £25 for years up until 2019 pre-Covid!  With inflation, that £25 should be £32.09 today.  IMHO, £12 seems quite a bargain, there’s not a lot you can get for that much these days.

Entered. £12 is the cheapest championship you will enter this year by a long way. Treat yourself 😅

I have paid to support the club as I will not be able to score enough points to win my class as I intend to compete in class B and class E depending on venue and am not allowed to combine my scores.

Yes of course I'll pay up. It's just another financial irritation I could do without.

What is the money used for?

Edited to add: Now paid

Money is needed to pay for trophies, engraving trophies, the awards do, Motorsport Uk fees including licence for running the championship etc etc

John has pointed out a couple of positives back, there are many more. Don't underestimate the value of the insurance side. Motorcycle racing in Ireland had to be cancelled as they couldn't get insurance!!! Motorsport UK has a very good relationship with the insurance providers due to its Governance over the years. Also to point out their fee for a championship is £177 for the club.
