Recommendations for an excellent waterproof coat for westy. Not after a one piece suit

Yes, nothing prevents leaking when immersed in water but I found Gortex is as good as you get, short of a fully waterproof one piece suit and then yes get condensation. Rather go for slight leakage myself.

Intended to use on wet trackdays in Westfield, but such never happened so far. I use it for long walks with dog in rain, snow etc. Few years so far. Must say I always stay dry inside, it breathes very well , no sweat inside, best to wear one of those thermal clothing under, layers depend on temperature. 

 

In UK those should be easily accesible  Here it was approx 40GBP  (New , never used) .
