Benrobson2999 - Kent AO Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 Only because of where Iam based right in the corner of the south east near Dover. I don’t mind driving it but a trailer would be easier 2 Quote

Spot on Alex, I can remember Mark Leybourne driving from Darlington down to Pembrey for a weekend's sprinting. Only a 300 mile and at least 6hr journey. Quote

There were when I started sprinting, but numbers tailed off as road going regs favoured more track specific cars and tyres. I think I was the last competitor driving to sprints (a windscreen and hood helped), and I hired/borrowed trailer for some. It's definitely an extra challenge knowing an 'incident' could have an impact on getting home! But very rewarding. 2 Quote
