I got a notice to renew, but can't find an invoice to pay.....

problem?  or am I just dense?

same here.

followed the info on the email but no invoice.

I assumed that its too early as my membership has more than a month to run.

@7Westfield looks like your invoice was generated on the 22nd September last year, so I suspect it will generate at a similar time this year. Half a mo, while I check Kentons....

Had a look backstage, think I found the trouble, a slightly over enthusiastic and premature (we’ve all been there if we’re being honest) email notification system - that’s sorted now, apologies for that.  @7Westfield you can renew from Thursday the 21st, and @kenton you can renew from Monday the 18th.

@kenton, looks like your invoice is generated on the 17th September, normally

Ah, Scott's beaten me to it - was going to add, looks like the emails have suddenly started going out early. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, so we can fix it before too many were affected. 👍

Having just renewed today after , what 9 months or so ?, I found the current process worked perfectly. Thank you to the back room folks who sort these issues out.
