Peak District run to the Strines Inn, Sheffield, 10th Sept

Just a bit of rain as we arrived at the Strines, but that soon went. 

We lost a few people thinking it was going to be worse weather, just shows that you can't believe the weather forecast. 

The 4 Yorkshiremen left the Strines and went to the Carding shed for a look around, then on to Holme Moss, where the power of @TonyR his V8 left me behind, leaving @Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator feeling frustrated behind me.

I had some rain going through Wakefield, but had a t shirt on all day, not bad for September. 

Must do it again.

I’m currently roasting a chicken and considering If Ali deserves her normal two wings. 
 

Today whilst she was away from the main table I was told I am the spitting image of Carlos sainz SNR. Ali returned and said she always thinks that I look more like the man from the Dolmio adverts. 
 

I think she needs new specs…

Good run out today, looks like multi area meets are a good idea lets get more in the diary @Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative  and @Robin Parker (Red Spider) - Yorkshire AO 👍  also glad I didn't listen to the weather forecasters their never right 😎
