Just wondering if it would be possible to have a separate section for birthdays. What do others think?

As 'Bagpuss the Birthday Cat'- I assume this is rightly aimed at me 😉 

 

I do my regular announcements, mainly for two reasons-

 

• 1. To help re-engage members who may not be so active
• 2. Celebrate the Birthdays of the many friends I've made in this great club.

Some could even argue they are unnecessary, as the Birthday's are shown on the front page, if you're on a PC, though you need to go looking deeper for them on a phone

 

 

Happy to be steered & guided by the members.

Not at all, just thought a separate section would work just as well and be there for to check on if they wish.

Would you actually go looking in a special Birthday section on your big day? If you did and there was nothing there, how would you react?

 

I'm not sure of the answer to either, as for the second, I'm fairly sure most would say they wouldn't care, but they went looking, so are probably lying to spare others feelings!
