Hi,

 

Some of us are going to Curborough tomorrow morning for the Breakfast Meeting and watch the Morgan 3 Wheelers on track.

 

We will aim to get there 930-1000.

 

Spectators are free and the cafe is back open.

 

Feel free to come along.

 

Wear your sunblock though as it's forecast to be almost a million degrees! 😂

Nice and toasty today, perfect Westfield weather!

 

I landed about 930 to find Tony and Nick already there watching the Morgans.

 

 

 

I'd not seen Nick for ages, so was great to catch up with his Superveloce Cars venture. Hopefully we'll see the first SV1 on the road this year 👍

 

Soon we had a load more join us, as James, Glynn, Lee, Rachael, Iain and Hedley arrived.

 

 

 

It wouldn't be a meet if we didn't get some tops off 😂

The main event was the Morgan 3 Wheeler club, so after a butty we headed for the paddock...

My dad had a Morgan 3 wheeler. He brought it home in the back of next doors van in the summer of 1964. It never ran. I remember playing in it with my brother, but can't remember when it was sold. I say sold, it was a case of "are you going to do something with that, or get it moved from underneath my kitchen window" Mum's, don't you love 'em.
