Andrzej Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Those are less expensive 'mechanical' version , compared to hydraulic ones . (its similar or the same just other brand : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKbVMqtA1eY One piece is approx 63GBP in Your currency. So not so bad. Was affraid of hydraulic ones as more complicated construction might be more issues potentialy. Also dont need as much weight load (hydraulic ones afford for more weight load, at least on papaer) , those above claims for 560kg one. (hydraulic version 680kg) EDIT just found another application (its similar or the samed just other brand : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKbVMqtA1eY (maybe not for ours lightweight Westfield's wheels, but for normal production car - why not ? ( I once weighted wheel (rim+ tyre) for my Mazda 6 : approx 20 or 30kg one(!) . 1 Quote
LoneWolf Posted March 1 Posted March 1 @Andrzej where did you get them? I would happily grab a set if it's from a EU seller... Quote

Flying Carrot Steve Posted Sunday at 18:22 Posted Sunday at 18:22 Nothing particularly exciting but definitely useful to carry in your mobile tool kit. As recommended by a mate on my local WSCC WhatsApp, a throttle/clutch cable repair kit. Cheap as chips on Amazon. 1 Quote
Captain Colonial Posted Wednesday at 13:27 Posted Wednesday at 13:27 A set of half moon obstruction spanners from B & Q so I can finally remove the 22mm nut on the motor mount securing it to the frame. Said mount is blocking me from withdrawing the right bottom rear wishbone bolt that the original builder installed before he installed the motor mount, motor and bodywork, rendering access with a conventional spanner or socket impossible. This job is killing me bit by bit... 3 Quote
Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset Posted Thursday at 18:10 Author Posted Thursday at 18:10 I've been thinking about ordering these for some time and finally got round to ordering them a week or so ago, and they arrived this week. I wanted a matching pair, and for my daughter to have the security of a six point harness to eliminate the risk of her slipping under the lap belts of the four point. I got the two free key rings (so I should think for the cost of the harnesses!) which match the car colours quite well. I've gone for the ultralite adjusters, and was very pleased with them when I drove to our meet last night. 6 Quote
