Need a bit of advice please.

In roadgoing class does the passengers seat & belts need to be fitted?  

Can a sequential gearbox be used?   (conventional engine)

Yes you'll need a passenger seat and belts. 

And yes you can run a sequential box. 

 

You'll also need to run CAT if your cat needs one for the MOT (if that makes sense)
