TIA Sadly I think you'll struggle to find one for your PCD- most are for 70 or 74mm PCD e.g. https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/steering-wheel-spacer-40mm-thick-bg4917 You could get one made, but it wouldn't be cheap.
