Tyres are all old and are included for free. They hold air and are round and help protect the wheels for transport so currently still fitted you could use them if you wanted. They are legal. I really liked the look of these but I replaced them due to getting some image split rims which are also 15" (15" have more choice of tyres which are also much cheaper than 13") They have a few marks but nothing which stands out too much as can be seen in the pictures. £200
