The car is in 100% original build condition having had no repair or paintwork and to the best of my knowledge was sourced from Cortina GT 1600E possibly Mexico parts. The car retains it's progressive twin choke downdraft carburettor so in all likelihood the engine block is the selected item used in the original Dagenham car. The Buyer would need to confirm this to their own satisfaction. Faults: The forward facing hood hoop has been lost. The Odometer isn't functioning, which incidentally reads 9056 miles, but you can be assured that the previous owner, who suffered ill health, and in my ownership, the mileage has been restricted to a short visit for MOT. Condition will confirm. Currently on SORN - MOT expired May '22 - I will gladly at my own expense provide a new MOT but if the buyer prefers to use their own MOT station I will make a cash allowance. Regrettably, being 76 and arthritic, it's time for this lovely car to go to a more enthusiastic owner and get out of the garage occasionally.
