Insurance for sprinting/track

Afternoon everyone, who does everyone use or recommend for insurance when taking part in the sprint series ? My current insurance will only cover for 3 track days non competitive I’ve just realised when renewing

I used REIS.  Premium was roughly 1% of car value per event with a 10% excess.

I think most people who compete in the Speed Series don't both with insurance, because first the cost, so in effect acting as their own insurer, and secondly the majority of the competitors are mechanically minded, and would carry out much of any repairs themselves in the event of an unfortunate shunt.

Look at Ryan MI from memory competitive sprinting cover is roughly the same as trackday cover viz £100 day or maybe less for a weekend event
