I hadn't even realised it was gone 😟  Let me have a look and see where it went

It may sound weird, but the forum owners may have removed this (if it was ever there?).  In any case, I've modified the default theme to include the up arrow next to the bottom block of actions.  Hope that works for you (and everyone else) ?
