Yorkshire breakfast meeting/Walton car show. 17th July.

9 cars are going to a show at Walton near Wakefield this Sunday, 17th, but it's also the breakfast meeting so we will be meeting at 9 in the morning at the Red Kite on Denby Dale Road. This is where we used to hold the meeting before lockdown. 

We are already booked in for the show, but if anyone else wants to meet for food, see you there.

Early start for some this morning with people coming from as far as Scarborough, Sheffield, Doncaster and some nearer. We met at 9 for breakfast at our pre-lockdown venue, the Red Kite. After eating we set off on the 10 minute trip to Walton and took our place on the field. The flags went up, along with a gazebo I brought to help shade us from the sun. We had 9 Westfields and a Robin Hood who tagged along with us. We had 2 drop out during the week, but was able to fill their places. 

Plenty of cars to see, and when the sun came out, we managed to keep in the shade.
